Notice Periods Policy and Procedure
This policy has been reviewed and updated to include a revised Employee Exit
Interview form and a new Employee Termination Report form. There are no significant

Treatment Plan Policy and Procedure
Policy reviewed with FGDP guidelines on record keeping added to the ‘Further Reading’ section. Information has been included about six monthly records audits and the template for this is located in the Resource Centre. References have been reviewed and updated.
Statement of Main Terms and Conditions of Employment – Variation
This policy contains template documents for employees’ terms and conditions, as well as variations of terms and conditions. It has been reviewed with all forms updated to ensure they remain current to the Employment Rights Act 1996. References also updated.
Diabetes Policy and Procedure
This policy details how the organisation will support service users who are at risk of or present with Diabetes. Based on recommendations from Diabetes Ireland, HSE and National Guidelines (including UK NICE) it sets out how to assess, support and manage risk and provides guidance and tools for staff to use to aid understanding and a consistent and safe response. The policy has been reviewed and further content added to support staff practice. This includes the following:
