Quality Compliance Systems (QCS) Acquires Carebeans Limited, connecting its expertise in compliance into care planning and management at a key time as care providers move towards greater integration across digital care solutions.

Today QCS is thrilled as they announce the acquisition of the innovative UK-based care planning and management software, Carebeans Limited.

London, UK, July 16, 2024 – Quality Compliance Systems (QCS), the leading digital provider of compliance management, policies and procedures for the adult social care and primary care sectors, announced today the completion of the acquisition of Carebeans, the creators of innovative digital care planning and management software solutions for the social care sector – one of the first digital social care software providers to be added to the NHS assured supplier list.

This is really exciting not only for QCS and Carebeans, but the care sector as a whole. Care providers will see the joint benefits of both companies’ missions to provide the best in class, easy to use, end-to-end digital care solutions that will enable care providers to trust in our software and focus on providing the best care possible.

The two companies bring a wealth of experience and a passion for pushing the social care industry forward through digital innovation. With QCS and Carebeans joining forces, we drive the journey to create a Social Care Operating Cloud that provides 24/7 compliance via automatically updated and tailored polices, continual assessment programs via digital audits and online mock inspections, 1000s of online resources, dedicated digital dementia care. And with this acquisition, one of the most comprehensive and feature rich digital care planning systems and rostering software on the market…all with one single login.

“Our mission has always been to help everyone who cares to do a great job and dedicate their effort to what matters most — caring for others. We’ll now have even more capability to provide stronger and more joined up digital solutions for our customers” said Nikki Walker, CEO, QCS.

“The value fit with QCS was immediately clear. Our number one priority at Carebeans is to always ensure that service users receive the absolute best care possible. Our visions for the future are very aligned. The coupling of QCS resources and strategic compliance expertise, with Carebeans’ innovative product will form an exciting combination” said Nick Lawford, Chief Executive, Carebeans.

The care industry and the incredible people within it on the frontline are continually under pressure from the economic crisis, CQC inspection regime, increased fines and possible closures. The QCS x Carebeans acquisition is focused on taking away some of that strain to provide a person centred, joined-up solution, partnering with care providers in all sectors of social care to build a future where technology seamlessly integrates with the compassionate care provided across residential, domiciliary, supported living, and primary care.
