Chris is a solicitor in the Employment team based at Napthens’ East Lancashire office. Chris handles a range of general Employment and HR matters for employers from day-to-day Employment Law and HR advice to complex TUPE and collective redundancy matters. Chris has carried out work for clients ranging from Small and Medium-sized Enterprises through to large Multinationals and PLCs across a wide-range of sectors.
In addition to his experience in general HR and Employment Law advice, Chris has experience in negotiation of settlement agreements, employment support work on mergers and acquisitions and disciplinary and capability dismissals.
Chris prides himself on giving commercially-focussed advice and understanding the employer’s objectives with a view to working towards those. Chris qualified as a solicitor at Napthens in September 2016.
